She was always available and willing to serve as the contact person to see that those things were taken care of. After my move, I received regular phone calls and updates from Stephanie to keep me informed of things that she was doing to promote the house, and progress that was being made. When an offer did come in, she represented me in my absence in a strong and professional way that I believed helped secure a very good and fair sales price for the unit. She continued to provide excellent support throughout escrow and through the close of the sale. Because I had relocated to another town, this sale probably demanded a little more than most conventional sales, and I never once felt that Stephanie had any reluctance to provide that extra service.
