I listed my townhouse in Harbortown with Stephanie, and it sold within 4 weeks of the initial listing. I have to say that I was completely satisfied with the representation that I received from Stephanie from the beginning to final closure of the sale. First, the primary reason that I contacted Stephanie initially was that I wanted someone who was familiar with Harbortown to represent me; sine she lived there and I had received frequent mailings from her over the years, I felt that her knowledge of the uniqueness of the Harbortown community would be a big plus in representing the property to prospective buyers who may not be familiar with the differences that various complexes offer. Stephanie provided many services that were above and beyond those that I expected from a realtor, and these services made the sale and completion of the transaction very smooth in every aspect. She gave me many helpful suggestions of things that I could do to make the house show better. The timing of my move made it necessary for me to vacate the townhouse before it sold, and Stephanie arranged for a designer to stage the property once it was vacated. She provided references for individuals to complete inspections and minor handyman repairs prior to the sale. She was always available and willing to serve as the contact person to see that those things were taken care of. After my move, I received regular phone calls and updates from Stephanie to keep me informed of things that she was doing to promote the house, and progress that was being made. When an offer did come in, she represented me in my absence in a strong and professional way that I believed helped secure a very good and fair sales price for the unit. She continued to provide excellent support throughout escrow and through the close of the sale. Because I had relocated to another town, this sale probably demanded a little more than most conventional sales, and I never once felt that Stephanie had any reluctance to provide that extra service.
